What do you class as a day hire?

A day hire would normally mean a delivery in the morning (AM) till 6pm. If your party or event is time specific, for example, it's due to start at 10am, please tell us when you book and we will make sure your inflatable arrives on time. Any bookings that would require a collection later than 6pm would need to be an overnight hire.

This is because delivery crews aim to finish their collection rounds by this time.

What do you class as overnight hire?

AM delivery till approx 9-10am the following day. Collection time would be agreed on delivery of the equipment or during the booking procedure.

Does overnight hire cost more?

Yes, prices vary slightly between products but the majority of inflatables come with an additional £30 charge for an overnight hire.

I'm holding my party at our village hall, can you deliver at 12pm and collect at 2.30pm?

Yes, all deliveries/collections to halls and fetes ect will take priority (in terms of delivery/collection) over garden deliveries/collections, as we understand that you have to return keys ect and are restricted to set timings. What if it is raining on the day of my hire? We will always turn up with the inflatable if we feel it is safe to. (although if you wish to cancel due to the weather, we will not charge you providing you have not already taken delivery). In very poor weather conditions where the wind speeds or gusts are in excess of 24mph, or if there is sustained rain forecast, we would call you on the morning of your booking to discuss other options.

How do I pay for my hire?

Our drivers will expect payment on DELIVERY. Although you can send payment before if you wish.

Do you set the inflatable up for us?

Yes, the price you’re quoted includes delivery, set-up and pack-away. (some area's do carry a delivery charge, please ask when booking).

Can an Inflatable be set up outside on a hard surface (i.e. concrete)?

Yes, we can set up on this type of surface as long as there is sufficient anchorage options in place (please contact us to discuss these options – 07595545799) you let us know when you book so as we can supply groundsheets and safety mats. (there may be a charge for safety mats, ground sheets and/or anchor system).

Can an inflatable be set up indoors?

Yes. So long as the size (inc overhead height) is large enough to cater for the size of the equipment you would like to hire. If in doubt please contact us and we’d be happy to help.

Can an Inflatable be set up on sand?

No! Sand is very abrasive and can damage an Inflatable, please bear this in mind if you have a sand pit in your garden as the children may try and take the sand onto the Inflatable.

Do you hold Public Liability Insurance?

Yes, we have full Public Liability Insurance.
